I don't pray a whole lot, either. Sometimes I feel bad about it, because in church we were taught that Jesus is our best friend who wants to talk with us all the time. Yet, I don't see the point in bothering Him with the small stuff. I pray when I am very thankful for something, and when I need serious help. I hope that's cool with the Big Guy in the Sky.

I love this! I am so tired of moms comparing themselves based on superficial things! I love the mom standing on her head in the top banner!

I,tried Dove a few years ago,the products are wonderful but I,do recall another Dove campaign three years ago.Women of shapes and
sizes stood in there underwear.

A interesting ad campaign I,thought at the time. Then more half undress ads came..No one didn't seem bothered by it.Until I,saw
this new Dove campaign product ad called"DOVE PROAGE".Nude
older women, sparked great response for women 40's,50's,and older
but unfortunately bad crued nasty response from people.I,felt bad
for those women when I,to saw it at the theater for the first time.It
had to be the most difficut task for those women to over come.

I,support it and do enjoy beauty/health products but it used Proage
long before I,saw the commercial. At 45 I,don't find nudity bad just
when it's used to sell products. However if you look at this ad Dove
made sure they cast very carefully for most of those ladies do look
very good, ofcourse there's nothing wrong with that.
                                                                        Thank you

My problem with Dove is that I think they are cynically using 'real beauty' as a marketing ploy. The same company owns Lynx with its dreadful ads showing extremely stereotypically attractive women chasing men all over for a whiff of their manly smell.

Actually, most homeschooling moms I know definitely are more "Omega" than "Alpha". A lot of them are rejecting the whole hypercompetitiveness of traditional schools in favor of relaxed "child-led" learning. In my area, the Ivy League obsession begins before the kids are out of Pull-Ups. What ever happened to letting kids be kids????

Can we stop with the skinny-bashing already???? Women come in all shapes and sizes and not every woman wearing a single-digit size is an anorexic or exercise addict.

I'm a naturally petite woman who comes from a long line of naturally petite women. Wearing a 4P does not make me any better or worse a person than someone who wears a larger size. God just made me small, the way He gave me brown hair and blue eyes.

An Omega mom is not defined by having "generous proportions" but by accepting her body *THE WAY IT IS*!!!!

Use some of the products, but not because of the commercials. I don't buy anything based on a commercial.
